Return Policy
All orders will be shipped within 24 Hours (Monday through Friday)
unless item is backordered.
30 Day return policy:
Absolutely NO items returned without authorization number. Email us
at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization
Number, include your order number and reasons for the return in the
email.
Items must be unused, clean and with tags attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping/handling and any
insurance charges.
You can return your items for a change in size of the same item or a
store credit towards another purchase. Shipping and handling charges
are non refundable.
There is a $15.00 restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. The
customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges associated
with their exchange/return.
We Guarantee all products to be of the finest quality. If products
are defective from the manufacturing process we will replace item or
you can be given a store credit as long as it has not been
mishandled or misused and with tags attached. We will also refund
the cost of shipping the defective item back for an exchange! No
restocking fee's on defective merchandise as well.
Do to health restrictions, we cannot accept returns of any lingerie
items sold through this online store if merchandise is used, abused
or mishandled. We understand the difficulty in trying to order
something based upon a picture or description. If you have any
